About Us

We welcome anyone interested in learning and practicing meditation to join our weekly classes. Practitioners that attend range from complete newcomers to meditation to those that have been incorporating spiritual practice into their daily lives for years.

Our instructors have practiced the disciplines of meditation and mindfulness for over 14 years. Instructors teach incorporating the profound wisdom from a variety of traditions including Zen, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Mysticism. This path is structured for those who live and work in the world.

All that is required is a yearning to be more happy, a willing heart and an open hand. Classes are free. We hope to see you there!
